I must agree I think white jeans and darker color jeans that fit well (mainly skinny jeans IMO and flared jeans for certain styles) look incredible Classic blue denim jeans r for a more casual day but can look stunning with the right accessories n blouse

@@cocacolla95 actually no, south and north hemisphere just have opposite seasons darling, like if in northern countries is autumn in southern is spring, winter and summer are alike, but in general south countries are hotter bc of earth inclination, so their winter won't be as cold as in the north ones

As someone who has experience in fashion styling can say that actually white or light or even Beige skinny high wasted jeans look very classy and could be undressed or down and I also personally would never wear shorts in winter they are a item for summer but it’s personal choice.

I'm always a bit frustrated when watching these videos because it's just like ok nice for you but some of us have to deal with -30 degree weather while taking public transit thank you very much. Only thing I can use is 100 percent down coats... And don't even get me started on boots and salt.
Since this spring I am starting my wardrobe from scratch, so I have a lot of work to do yet with getting basics that are of good quality. I just made my investment purchase of the season, I found the Ted Baker pink and black/grey coat that you have shown so many times and when I found it on a second hand shop for 150€ (around 120 pounds) I just couldnt resist, and I just wanted to thank you because if you hadn't shown it so many times I don't think I would have recognized it as soon as I did and then gotten it. I couldn't be happier, it's sooooo pretty. I also invested in some knee high boots, one pair in tan and another in black, and they are not super high brand but for 50 pounds each the faux suede is very soft so I am happy. Next season I may invest in over the knee ones, but this season I need A LOT of knitwear, which I have very little of. I am looking forward to more videos where you show us what is in the stores right now, I specially enjoy your Topshop ones, as well as Zara, but if you do specific hauls I would love to see a Mango one because last week I checked the shop and the new coats look like a dream, so I would love to see how you find them and which ones do you think would be the best to invest on

Also when you're wading through snow drifts when the city inevitably leaves pile ups in awkward places... better hope you have nice high, warm boots. Boots that look nice are often too thin and sometimes my toes have gotten so cold I honestly was afraid they were frozen (except i could slightly feel them so I knew I was safe lol)

I also wear short skirts year round and it's not easy to do so living in Massachusetts, my legs are always freezing cold in winter, but I'm Irish, and we're famously stubborn, I refuse to let Old Man Winter win, haha. Seriously though, I just love wearing miniskirts that much (maybe it's because I grew up loving Sailor Moon so much). I remember in college different times coming to class in a winter coat over a cardigan over a turtleneck sweater with a scarf, hat, and gloves (sometimes winter gloves over thin gloves for layering) paired with a miniskirt and Ugg boots. I'd leave the coat and everything else on. The gloves made it harder to write by hand but I was okay with that. I remember someone saying "Kissyface, try wearing pants so you don't have to stay bundled up in class" and I replied with a smile that I actually like being bundled up. It's true. Even though my legs are always bare, I'm always in some sort of jacket, even in summer I wear a hoodie. People think I'm weird for voluntarily leaving my coat on but always wearing short skirts, but I know the truth, I really am weird, haha.
I wish I could wear this kind of things but I live in Copenhagen and the wind/air here is so icy.. even now. I can’t wear anything with bare legs unless I want to freeze on my bike, so I am really sad that I cannot buy knee high 60’s boots👢 I am ALWAYS cold and invested in a full body down jacket last year which is not very chic looking but it is the only thing that keeps me from freezing

Spot on with your suggestions! One option in transitional times are "cuffs" or fingerless gloves. I iike the kind that don't have finger separations. You can get some really luxurious ones and they look like a pretty sweater peeking out of your coat sleeves and keep your wrist sand most of your hand warm and aren't bulky around the fingers. I rarely wear a full glove anymore unless it's super warm. And you can put a full glove on with a cuff too! For in and out of the cold. I even wear cuffs indoors - the really nice one!s. It's fun accessory I discovered about 10 years ago and now won't do without! I hate when my wriss are cold! Blessings, thanks for your quality videos!!!

So this year I've bought a coat from Reiss which was a lot more expensive but the quality is impeccable (hoping it lasts me years)🤞 All low end high street shops seem to be crappy, not just Primark 🙈

I loved all your looks!! I’m from North Dakota and it gets really cold!!! I’m afraid in -65 degree windchill and -30 degree regular temp-the only way to look is like a potato!!! Very hard to look chic when you’re trying your best to stand upright and not let the wind into your body!!!

I have a beautiful faux fur coat and i love it. I always get compliments, look very timelessly stylish, and it keeps me warm!

Spot on with your suggestions! One option in transitional times are "cuffs" or fingerless gloves. I iike the kind that don't have finger separations. You can get some really luxurious ones and they look like a pretty sweater peeking out of your coat sleeves and keep your wrist sand most of your hand warm and aren't bulky around the fingers. I rarely wear a full glove anymore unless it's super warm. And you can put a full glove on with a cuff too! For in and out of the cold. I even wear cuffs indoors - the really nice one!s. It's fun accessory I discovered about 10 years ago and now won't do without! I hate when my wriss are cold! Blessings, thanks for your quality videos!!!

So this year I've bought a coat from Reiss which was a lot more expensive but the quality is impeccable (hoping it lasts me years)🤞 All low end high street shops seem to be crappy, not just Primark 🙈

Oh my gosh, you're so right about quality when it comes to winter clothing. Last year I got a turtleneck from SheIn and it's not warm at all. In general, I try not to buy too many things from them anymore. They are dirt cheap for a reason.

“The Only Way is Essex” is a British reality show. A bit like “The Hills” mixed with “The Jersey Shore” but in Essex. Its available to stream on Netflix in the States or you can probably find clips on RUclips. Try to watch a clip and you’ll understand why the only way is Boots!

For anyone on a budget (like me) it's worth having a look in charity shops/ depop etc for some of these items, I found the Hobbs coat on eBay for £12.50 and bought some gloved almost identical to the ones shown last hear in the m&s sale! X
