it's unfortunate that none of the DBZ games of the ps3 & 360 era compare to this! was it so much to ask to make a game similar to this? vegito fought so much cooler and had better animations in the budokai tenkaichi games than on the raging blast imo.

See, this is my only problem with BT3. The story goes straight from Majin Vegeta vs. Majin Buu to Vegito. How the hell are you gonna skip SSJ3 Goku's debut, Gotenks, AND Ultimate Gohan, three of the most important events in the storyline??? They do this kinda shit all throughout the story mode and it makes one feel like the game developers were just being lazy. And it's a shame too because the parts of the story that they DID put effort into were very enjoyable to play (like the battle against Frieza and the Cell Games).
Man I miss this game so much. My all time favorite fighting game. A Tenkaichi HD Collection would be a day 1 buy for me...well...as long as it had BT3. None of that weird shit where they leave a game out like they did with Budokai 2 in the Budokai HD Collection.

Does anyone know the name of the song which plays when Vegito shows up? It seems to play every time there's a fusion in the story mode, plus other times, but I can't find it in the music select for the duel mode.
The song that plays during the fusion sequence is called "Burnin Up." To select it in duel mode: after selecting your fighters, don't select a stage just yet: first go all the way to the left or right, make sure that the music note/bar is selected, select it, and then press up or down too look for the song you want for the stage. You'll get use to it, very quickly.
As I am watching this I feel extremely happy just knowing even though I can't play it anymore I can still enjoy someone else play it. Also, I'm pretty disappointed with myself too because most of those advanced moves he's doing to this day I still never figured out how to do. Maybe because I stink at close combat but do better with long range.

GokuandVegeta Since I posted my comment questioning which one was better I went on to buy SEVEN Dragon Ball games: DBZ Budokai HD Collection (PS3) DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (PS2) DBZ Shin Budokai 2 (PSP) DBZ Burstlimit (PS3) DBZ Infinite World (PS2) DBZ Raging Blast 2 (PS3) And from completely finishing the games, meaning achieving every single character and technique within I gotta say the one I simply could not stop playing was Budokai 3, it may not have the fastest gameplay but it has the most & best control as compared to Infinite World and Burstlimit. Tenkaichi's 2 gameplay is far more superior than Raging Blast 2's and has far more playable characters too raging from DB to DB GT, although I do admire the aesthetics and look of Raging Blast 2's graphics however the gameplay is so dull and random, no control whatsoever and the combat speed was not as fast as Tenkaichi 2. But the graphics of Tenkaichi 2 on my 46 inch HD LCD Television looked absolutely terrible, lots of pixels and distortion however the gameplay of it was immensely fun!
The Raging Blast series actually uses the BT3 game engine...though it was tweaked, and not really for the better. I enjoyed the RB series...but it lost the addictive nature and charm of BT3.
