There is a phrase in the Philippines that says "Pwede nang mag asawa". It is sometimes said in a situation where a gf/bf cooks something for their other half & it was delicious. Literally,.the phrase means "You can get married now". It just simply means that since you can cook, you'll be able to survive married life. 🤣
So, Yejin, "pwede nang mag asawa" lol 💙

U know how to cook adobo now, u should also learn how to eat it😂😂
    1. Use bare hands, no chopstick
    2. Eat more rice than meat
    3. Dip the sauce on the chicken and whip it on the rice.
    4. Peel the skin first and save it for later(last part to eat) 😂😂
And 5th is, eat the white bone, maybe chew the bone or crack them, then ate the cells inside of it...
Then maybe after a year youll gonna have a good vocal😂😂😂

Guys, as far as I can remember Red Horse alcohol content is not that high, 7%. Like many European beers. And it’s flavourful! Soju, by comparison is at least 20%. Not an apples to apples comparison obviously, just to give you an idea. Good job, Yejin!!! Woohoo 🙌 And now...I’m hungry. Xox 👏👏👏

To lessen the raw vinegary taste, don't stir or cover the cooking pot for at least 5 minutes after putting in vinegar. The flavor will be much better. ☺
Also, you can marinade the chicken for at least an hour.
Yes. Adobo goes well with kimchi. And you can wrap it in lettuce as well.

  • @jdmendoza2735

When I see her cooking the adobo...I thought she is becoming a filipina. Her cooking of adobo is correct. Try to cook mechado, afritada, and also caldereta. Caldereta just use pork or beef only as main meat...it has a tangy tomato flavor, sweet, salty and with a mild spiciness. Caldereta is a must try...and a cold beer on the side

There are so many kinds of adobo recipe in the Philippines.
Adobong Manok or Chicken Adobo--In the Northern parts of the Philippines, this adobo is usually served with sause. In the Visayan region, their chicken adobo is served without sauce but colored with atsuete extracts.
Pork Adobo--Sometimes with sauce or with pineapple. Sometimes with ripe banana saba or arabia. An adobo similar to saucy chicken adobo is called Hinumba in the visayas.
Adobong Pusit or Squid Adobo is a seafood adobo but it is not soak or marinated in soy sauce and vinegar mix. It is cooked with vinegar and spy sauce with ginger and crushed pepper beans.
Adobong Talong is a vegetable adobo with no vinegar but only soy sauce is being used.

-very important put 1glass or half of water
-More onion than the garlic for mixing
    -Small amount of salt needed
