Niomi, run. You're lost. "I forgive you Mother", what?! I hope your family saves you from this nightmare you've willed yourself into.

My goodness. This video made me so uncomfortable to watch. I would find it incredibly invasive having that guys’s hands all over me like that especially in a non medical setting.

She probably surrendered over her physicality and felt in a safe space with both people because her desire to release trauma from her body and feel free was bigger than staying the same
      He is a professional practitioner

@@WelshOracle yes I agree that she was probably motivated by wanting to release trauma, but being a professional practitioner doesn’t really mean anything, it just means he does this for income but not that he has any qualifications from a properly regulated accrediting body. Personally I would turn to actual medical professionals and/or a licensed therapist/counselling psychologist for support. I certainly would not trust anyone who behaved in this way.

@@julietta610 I don’t believe these are qualified practitioners. I’m not sure qualifications for this exist, is this even scientific? Do your own research but I were you I’d be careful and start by consulting your GP if you’re experiencing issues. Or if you want to just release muscle tension maybe try yoga and light stretching? Allowing unlicensed people to do such harsh manoeuvres could risk significant injury!
