Let me tell you you won't be able to keep yourself in the seat when a tractor is at an angle where it will roll over. It'll roll when something gives way under it in that situation but he was safe enough had nothing to catch on
I always found I was a lot braver reversing, something to do with less vertical columns to see. I was still very steady though, always thinking it was going over.
I think tractor and buckaroo is a very effective way of clamping. You can not carry as much but your turnaround time is allot faster with the speed of the tractor going up and down the clamp. Also, the way the buckaroo gradually lets the crop go is good applying a thin layer across the whole clamp is better I believe rather than dumping a huge amount with the fork.
Mike Bailey by having the buck rake on the back u will have a uneven pit all the way up where as having it on the front the pivot on the front axle will keep the buck rake level therefore keeping the pi tidy
If he had a passenger it would have taken it over. a knife edge in the difference..
Nice video Alan that jd would a expensive machine to put on its side or on its roof, luck was pushed a few times there.😊
+JM Agri Videos Thanks JM
when you are young you have no fear sometimes but I think he was pushing his luck just a wee bit there.
+canvids1 Agree. I told him that if he had ofered me a ride I would have declined!!
When you are young ya but also when you don't own the machine

Drive safe it's better then drive fast and crazy. I don't think he owns the Deere
He does, actually, and I have a video of him driving it home from the dealer. (Check backwards for the archives).

+Hywel Phillips - Correct, plus more journeys up and down the clamp means better consolidation.

It would look better with buckrake on the back and it will stop it from tipping over
