Must be some high jumpers, being raised around quarter horzes I can't say I've ever been around any that could've cleared the original fence. That said, that doesn't mean that it's not possible, but that I'd never experienced any of the studs we had. I've seen them swim around fences where the fences only went so far into the water, and had one that figured out that there was one place that gave him another 18" of height on the fence that he used once. After I figured out what he'd done, it didn't take but few minutes tractor work to prevent him doing that again. Glad to see the swing arm attached shade tree you've added . Makes life so much better just having a little shade from the burning ball in the sky, especially when you've got a smaller one in your face every day doesn't it. Happy days and be safe out there.
@timothymilam732 I think most of them are race horses. I'm not sure any have made it over but he does have studs that he doesn't want getting hurt trying to get over. And yes the shade is a life saver. Took me a day to build the adjustable arm but well worth it! 👍
@@waggonerwelding for sure understand that, and the cost of a little more pipe is cheap compared to the cost of some of those big beast for sure. Was merely something I hadn't seen where I'm from race horse or cutting either one Everyone does things different, and y'all are aways to the west of my location in NE Texas, so live and learn is how I look at things. Y'all be safe and talked to a pipeline welder friend of mine, who told me about that rig you have for the umbrella. Very nice setup from way he says it works. Take care, n be well
@timothymilam732 he also had a taller fence on the main road side and was trying to match the height all the way around just so it would Look the same. I've never been a pipeliner personally but I have learned alot from watching them. All of which is applicable to any mobile welding really. The shade arm being one the of the main ideas I got from them. Thanks for watching! You be safe out there as well! 👍
Yup looked easier then your usual jobs.😁 Was wondering, whenever I go on jobs like that I take my Evoloution chop saw. Just wondering why you didn’t. It is much faster and produces more accurate cuts. Just a thought I was wondering
@larryvollmar8763 I usually use one of those as well. These vertical extensions I'm cutting had to have a saddle cut on both ends. So these straight cuts were just rough cuts that got cut off and notched later. I have also found that it can get expensive to use the Evo on certain jobs with the blade prices. Even though they do get a crazy amount of cuts out of each blade, I have worn them out and broke teeth off. I run Oxy Propane on my torch and it's very cheap and efficient to use. I can refill all of my bottles a couple times for the price of one Evo blade. And get far more cuts on thick material with the torch. Did the whole extension on this fence with about $50 worth of oxygen and maybe $5 in propane. The easy set up and mobility of the torch is a major time saver also.
Great Job! God Bless you two and success!
@nigthfallJourney thank you! 👍

Great job on producing terrific content! What brand boots is he wearing? They appear tough enough but very light weight (which is a good thing). Thks
