That whole turn with the boseiju was so rough. I wonder if John was just thrown off my how quickly Travis moved through upkeep->draw->trigger and figured that it wasn’t worth trying to rewind to upkeep because he thought he probably still had it locked up
Im confused, it looks like they backed up to the trigger on the stack, as the hammer guy moved the dice back down to 2 counters. Then bins it from boseiju, and still gets a card. Then proceeds to pull out a needle, the name a card them pull a huge takesy backsy
Travis play style that turn was too fast, gave opp zero time between actions, seemed intentional to cause sime confusion. Couldn't hear if he named a card or not, but the the saga search definitely shouldnt have happened
It’s just a communication on chapter 3 being put on stack and John left that window open causing the boseju to benefit rather than punish. I was also seeing if it was scummy but Travis does ask does chapter 3 resolve because he passed priority
@@rab3977 Travis only asked if chapter 3 resolves because John probably wants to play around Saga getting another Pithing Needle. They had already passed through the time where John could prevent chapter 3 from triggering.
@@diogenesincarnate4910 it would have been simple and easy to say, "no no no, in your draw step before saga gets to trigger." Travis asked leading questions and was rushing the entire time, making him an absolute slimeball
The real throw was not Dismembering the Gingerbrute on the Sigardas Aid cast. I mean he grabbed a haster and then cast Sigardas Aid. You should know something is up at that point.

@@whit4446 yea it’s an extremely strange series of events to be honest. Very messy and phases/decisions seem pretty obfuscated
Looks like Travis was an ass in that situation

Throwingggggggg
Either John absolutely threw game two or Travis is very slimy. Given how fast Travis was moving, I assume it's the latter

@@Higley1234 Or John could've just channeled boseiju on his turn before the Saga ever had a chance to go to 3, total throw. Stay mad

Didnt like Travis's cocky play style. Literally only won because his opponent threw...
