I think “team does not traverse towards the objective slash payload slash robot which, in turn, results in the enemy team winning the game, round, or objective in overwatch 2 due to the previously mentioned team (group of people working together) not paying attention or just not caring about the item in question” would be pretty good
I like your more analytical, supportive approach to spectating bronzes. Calling out things the player very obviously did wrong but using it as a learning opportunity. No hate to flats of course his stuff is hilarious but as a player who is still very much learning, I appreciate these.
the reason (I think) for the ungodly long team fights is that there is little to no grouping after a certain point in the match, especially in the end. we KNOW we're going to lose so we just stall for time, trying to get as fast as possible on the point. it's so frustrating
I'm only relatively new to Echo but they're not horrible aside from their aim being not great. But if they just practice more aiming (specifically with the beam) they could easily rank up. Assuming they're not a smurf. If you told me they were Gold or even low Plat I'd believe it
@@alecmiller5296 Not every bronze is dumb and has no game knowledge, some of us are just very bad a doing things like aiming, taking high ground. And advice from high rank doesn't always work, because, yk, bronze are bronze and are acting so differently from GM or Top500 that sometimes, following high rank advice is just throwing because you won't apply them well enough and the ennemy team will react differently
I think there could be a square for forcing a mirror character on the other team. Like, when the enemy DPS went Echo for the second round at 10:28. Or, just a mirror for the hero the submitter of the VOD is playing. This could be a more versatile square for the Widow 1v1.
Impressive how both teams capped 3rd with almost the exact same amount of time remaining. Bronze is fascinating. Also this makes me want to play some Echo!
Team mimics the team Cloud 9, in which they do not get on the objective, resulting in a loss of the objective/map, just like it happened in the legendary Cloud 9 game, giving the mistake it's classic name, which this spectated team has successfully copied.
i think the reason many don't take high ground in bronze is exactly because of what that dva does. Bronze, we aren't mechanically good enough to punish that reliably
Agreed. The most likely scenario to see a mirror match is high tier players playing a meta comp on a map that suits them well. You're just never gonna get that in lower tiers
@hAsH sLaShEr Been playing comp since 2017 and don't remember seeing full mirror once. tElL Me YoU DoNt pLaY CoMp... Shall we draw the chance of it happening somewhere between our two experiences then, now that we have a sample size of 2 for the experiment?
Watching them flick up every time they fly is killing me LOL. If you didn't know looking straight forward while flying takes you higher than looking up.
The reason team fights happen on the low ground for bronze (where I am playing) is because people have pretty bad aim and don't really hit anything from the high ground. - So if the entire defending team is on high ground and cant "body block" you. You can just quickly move to the point - because if you just move around and such they can't really hit you from the high ground when you cap. So that is the reason the low tier matches happen at ground level.
@@awarepillow1180 she a flying projectile hero with a lot of versatility. to know how to effectively play her against her counters and utilise her to her max is extremely difficult
I was looking for this comment, it looks like they don’t even realize they can hold the button to continue to fly 😐 as an echo main it frustrated me so much to watch
Team unintentionally imitates the professional Overwatch team, Cloud 9, by removing themselves from an objective that is currently contingent on winning the current round/game instead of capturing it, which is decidedly within their current capability to win, were they not choosing to step away from it, just as the aforementioned team, Cloud 9, so memorably repeated on multiple occasions, giving the maneuver it's current moniker, "C9," which one team, with immaculate precision, has faithfully recreated here.
That play with the mercy resing at the end was a huge W. Also I think that echo definitely deserves higher than bronze they did a great job like high silver
Gotta give DaceKace credit, they played well. The gameplay strikes me as someone still new and a little bit panicky. They know how Echo beam works in some scenarios, but panic use it in others
As someone who is also new I can agree, I tend to panic and use all my abilities when I'm low just from survival instinct even if I know damn well it's not gonna work
The team fight under the bridge before 1st point That's something I get every single Pariso game I'm surprised you don't know it's common Most team fights(to my knowledge) are at There The 2 corner before 2nd point And under the catwalk before 3rd and then right at 3rd as a final stand-off Unless your tank gets them to C9 of course then they're where ever the tank is
I feel like teams never hold on high ground because people have far worse aim/target focus/kill follow through so if a bronze team holds on high ground the other team will just run under them and start capping because they couldn't get elims.
To add to the paragraph he could say: resulting in a c9 which is when you don’t get int the objective which results in you losing the game or it results in you losing the round
So the reason ive seen single people break from team to capture point may be to draw the enemy team back from spawncamping? Now, i dont do comp, just qp, so like i guess im a permanent bronze, so take my musings with a major grain of salt. Ive seen so many matches where the fight is so condensed towards one teams spawn that the initial capture allows 1) the enemy team to pivot focus from preventing movement to preventing capture 2) during that pivot, it actually switches teams locations. Now the team attacking is behind the defending team on their way to prevent capture 3) ive seen it happen in both qp and low comp where the fight is somewhere else, someone sneaks on point and moves it so far without contest. Like, i once solo was on point( the little robot ones), and was able to basically get it through an entire checkpoint, no contest, becuase the fight is happening elsewhere. Yes overwatch IS a fighting game, but its not just "what team does more damage, or gets more kills". I dunno, i dont think its a bad strat at all to grab the point wheh the fight is at a stall somewhere else
ok I am going to say you gotta cool it on calling them random echo beams. some of these I can see they are trying to throw the beam a little early cuz the target is almost half hoping they'll reach half before the beam ends. Like for the tracer at the end of the first match that wadnt a random beams the echo saw tracer was around half and hoped to quickly melt her before she recalled and therefore threw out the beam in hopes she'll hit her
One of the teams participating in the game of Overwatch 2 neglected to perform the action of moving their characters to the location of the payload or objective resulting in them losing the game which they could have won had they remembered to relocate those aforementioned characters onto the aforementioned objective or payload
As another bronze echo, why won’t this echo *actually* fly??? They keep on cancelling their flight immediately after they launch up. Is there a tactical reason? Is this a learning opportunity for me or are they just being strange?
The mercy Rez don’t count number one it’s not the middle of the team if there’s only two members of said team actually there and number two their spawn was right there plus they had two other teammates (something was coming out of spawn as she rezzed outside of the doors....

It isn't just a single reason for long team fights. It's a culmination: No grouping, no focus firing, bad aim.
they are also saving ult for 2 hours, these fights didn't need to exist

Should have a "one person contests the payload vs entire team for way too long" because I swear that happens in like half of my (bronze) matches.
