Yes it does :) The spawns seem to be scripted, together with some other limitations to how long the modes can actually last, means it does indeed end. I think it was supposed to be so difficult to beat it that no1 would actually do it, But they may have underestimated the power of AI manipulation, ult rotations and general optimization :)
