Haha I thought I was going crazy! When it finished and Cici said it was ‘really responsive’ I was like ‘urmmmmm’. Looks from images like the DI has a pre/post eq switch. So there must have been a bit of a fuckup & the DI was set to Pre EQ mode by mistake.
I think the audio was taken from the wrong output, or just not using the microphone that's up against the speaker. There was no changes to the sound when Cici was adjusting it. Shame. But good video otherwise.
I love my Fusion S 800, very different tone to the legacy though. The Fusion S series are much warmer vs the more grunty hifi Legacy heads, both excellent.
I still have my original 80s RB400, which I've used with all kinds of cabs and situations. Still has a clear, singing sound. I'm waiting for the Tech 21 DUg pedal to come in, and pairing it with this should be very interesting.

Thanks, the ambiance was mood setting. Easy for the Queen but something different for Lee. Really nice amps, would like the chance to test drive one.

So sorry but these newer GK's aren't anywhere near as great as the legendary 800rb oh well different times so most don't realize....
Listened to a blind AB with the Legacy 800 and the 800RB and there really isn't anything in it. Nostalgia glasses.

Those early/mid 80s GK heads were workhorses! They could go sailing down a flight of stairs, then work flawlessly a few minutes later.
