We have a fleet of these with about the same mileage. The same lights come on mostly during wet conditions. There is a problem/ break somewhere in the wire harness and would be nearly impossible to pinpoint. We are slowly replacing the harnesses one by one. It’s the only real way to solve this issue.
@donnywheeler6420 near drive axle for drive and on the frame near steer tire for steer. If you dotn find issue in wiring check ABS tone ring on affected axle

Does anyone know how to intentionally trigger these sensors? When they're on, it's the only time my truck won't idle shutdown (and I've tried all the other ways).
My 2023 Kenworth T680 shows these same exact lights! And my adaptive cruise control stops working only when I drive in Nebraska, and Kansas. Idk how to fix it! Help!!
@@HarpreetSingh-zd6wd I quit the company before it was fixed. What my diesel mechanic told me was that kenworth didn’t have the “software” to be able to fix it which I don’t know what the fuck did that even mean lol.
Its not the company dude, every vehicle is designed that way. Its probably a short in the electrical. If you get into an accident, trust me, it wont have anything to do with your abs light being on. Its on because its telling you its not operational.
@@mitsu_lancer can be one off the ABS sensor glitches or bad one ☝️ if you have money replace all if the truck is new just the bad one ☝️ I had the same issue in winter Ion ice 🧊 couple times :(
My it’s coming up today and it did it at 67 miles and wants to stops the truck , I stopped and did this and all when off , but later abs warning message comes on ,
That’s what they replaced 1st time hall computer with gear changes , 2nd time whole transmission new, 3rd time computer and the clutch because the computer damage my clutch :(( + engine rebuild :( + wire, harness, lotta problems :(
@@mgp-bct7723all thatvstuff seems like recall items and should be replaced for free but now mine has a brake issue when I press the brake the brakes keep pumping crazy idk but I have the bendix system and that started after I raised the governor that started happening idk have you ever had that issue or when you brake hard the trailer locks up

Hey guys….turn da power switch off by the seat….leave it off with the key out the ignition for about 25-30 mins….some times it take more den 5 to 10 mins for it to reset the lights …..thank me later
@@mgp-bct7723 there isn't a manufacturer in this world that doesn't have any issues. Problem with electronics is they all come from China, and you know the quality control isn't the best

Which exactly hornets was replaced?
They didn’t have one and was during Covid back order so they just did something without changing :((
It's usually near the diver axle the connector for ABS pins get lose so when you go on a bump it throw the fault for ATC TRANSMISSION ABS
Which driver axle are you referring to? Are you talking about under the hood near the driver side or one of the drive axles on the rear@@TARANS012

My Kenworth is doing the same thing. When I cycled mine it shut off but then when I headed back on the road it turns back on.
Thanks now I don't have to get scammed by Kenworth dealers.

The fixing is just temporary, mine came back on when is kind of cold like on 30's
Same issue, I have the Transmission Fault along with traction control and Hill assist light on. They told me to replace the ABS module

TruckRepair shop in NJ figured out this problem for me. Lights Never came back again

Wheel speed sensor is loose. Happens on my 2021 kw T680..tap light back into place with a flat screw driver and hammer

Wire harness was the problem 2 times ABS sensor and wire harnes

If coming back you need to replace the brake pressure sensor 1
you figure this stuff out, I have this and adaptive cruise control fault coming on. inspect radar.
It's the speed sensors disk are warped. Junk.
check you abs wheel sensors push in and they reset the gap themselves

check plug wires on abs module by front left drive abs sensor plug

This also happens on a 2025 kenworth. Your procedure worked to clear the TC light.
