Yes that number has grown steadily, but not nearly fast enough considering how competitive the races always end up being! Plus he does an excellent job of explaining mods, and then straight to the racing! Excellent variety of vehicles on the channel as well.

The m550 is probably closer to 4500 pounds plus the baby seat, two cases of nestle pure life, and my old man beat downNike slides.. it still rolls out. To me there is a difference when I am on e30 tune vs 93 tune.. I know some dudes say they can’t feel it, but I am keeping up with things that I probably shouldn’t.

Also I’m sure the Speedo is going to read a few mph faster than the gps speed. BMW usually runs 3 mph faster than real speed
GPS speed is also more accurate than speedometer, speedometers usually show higher speed.
Once again gps is showing the speed of the slower car….common sense

For those who keep talking about the 340 letting off early. These newer BMWs all run about 3mph higher on the speedometer than gps. Also the 340 is going faster than the 550 so the speed you see on the camera is of course slower than the 340 🤦🏼♂️
If the 550i was tuned on e85 as well, this race wouldn't have been close.

Being a BMW guy myself and a f83 m4 owner, man BMW interior sucks balls compared to Mercedes and especially Audi's. Andddd I thought a 550whp m550 would beat the little b58 🤷🏻♂️
You worded that weird. It sucks especially compared to benz, audi pretty basic though. New g series bmw interior is much better albeit the 2023+ single monitor dash 🤮. Benz has always been miles ahead which makes sense because it is a luxury vehicle which bmw is not.

You've never been in an F90 then because my first edition F90 is way nicer and more expensive feeling than any e63 or rs7 I've been in

To me an M550i is a waste, just get a b58 3 or 4 series for speed and its cheaper to buy and own...if you want speed AND luxury then get an F90. Thats what I did 😎
Or a 540i, you get the luxury of the m550i, the weight of a m340i or g80/g82 and most important you have the b58 as your engine
@@MrDxRange372 Eh not really, the 540i has been out for a while and there's a reason there aren't many modified ones on the road...its still a long ass car and a 5 series without a v8 is just basic as hell
To be fair tho the 3 series had e40 mix and 550 was on pump. If 550 had mix too would be leaving 340. But for value for money if you just wanna race the 340 the way to go

i like the powder coated black 304m wheel on the 340, was thinking of powder coating gloss black on mine til got hit by driver with new learners over a yr ago (rip)
suprised his has the small infotainment screen, dont all 340i come the big screen as a stand feature
