These include all the recharged versions of: #Berzerk, #Quantum, #CavernsofMars, #Asteroids, #Centipede, #BlackWidow, #Breakout, #MissileCommand, #MC2020, #Gravitar & #Yars! I show some #gameplay & #comment on what I'd like to see or what I loved, or both! I rank them from 1-11, with 1 being the game I play the most, etc. Join me on this tour de force of @atari goodness!

I love them all. I probably play Black Widow the most. And actually, I like the original Missile Command Recharged, but it could be because I've had it for so long and it was there when there were only a handful of games
Btw I noticed you weren't using your tractor beam in Gravitar Recharged. It helps a lot to collect items
@@ObsidianContraption prob because i was just showing a bit of game play & forgot haha i was literally rushing through each of the games for like 3 mins, but youre so right lol
a good example of subjectivity, some folks hate yars recharged, etc haha some love it, but i find MC 2022 is better in every way, i can def get it if you like the first more if that's what you played for the longest, it just didnt gel with me

I so completely agree with your assessment of Yars Recharged. Atari knocked it out of the park! I still haven't beaten the last level, despite trying many, many, MANY times. It's insanely hard, but fair. I own all of the Recharged games, and like all of them to varying degrees, but Yars really stands out.
I have one big complaint, that applies to about half of the Recharged games. I game on both PC and Mac, and Steam lists all of them as being compatible with both platforms, but half of them simply do not run at all on Mac, which for me means I can't easily take them with me. It's bizarre that some work and others don't.
Its a great game ! Didn't know sometimed they played on Mac's, very nice, yes this and quantum, gravitar are my faves
Centipede recharged controls so good, it’s the one that I played the most. Black Widow being second.

Gravitar is so fun! I think its better than the original, which can be very tough. A beautiful game with a great soundtrack. Thanks man
Are they going to reissue Major Havok ? That was one of my favorite arcade games by Atari.
That would be nice, I’m not sure about thr licensing, some of these are owned by Warner but I think Atari has rereleased the original before too
Good video...I like Yars and Quantum, Yars for me out of 11 is #4, Quantum would be a #9. Missle Command 2020 is my #11 also. I like Breakout more than I thought so that is my #2, and Asteroids is my #5. Caverns of Mars is #6 and Gravitar is my #3 and my #1 is actually Centipede. Black Widow is my #6. I will be at Disney World and Universal next week, but my Atari 2600 Plus might show up before I go. Hope you have someone that can watch or take care of your package while you are gone!

I would rank every single one of these games a big, fat 0. I won't buy any more of these games until they fix Black Widow. They screwed that game up so bad it turned me off to the entire Recharged series. The problem is I bought Black Widow Recharged on the Playstation store, I should have bought it on Steam so I could return it. I thought "it's Atari, it's Black Widow, it's gonna be great, there won't be a need to return it." Boy was I wrong. Now I have a turd taking up space on my PS4 hard drive. Of course Streets of Rage 4 is another over rated turd taking up space on my PS4 hard drive but I digress. Watching reviews of the other Recharged games I see a lot of the same problems that Black Widow has. So until they fix these things (and I'm not holding my breath) I won't buy another one of these trash heaps.

@@ballistik_coffee_boy Let me see, where do I start? This is a problem with ALL of the Recharged games except Berzerk but Black Widow is the worst one. For some stupid reason everything has to be purple or have some kind of purple hue to it. The games look like somebody sprayed "woke" purple hair dye all over the screen and it looks like shit. There are no wave numbers like in the arcade game. The arcade game can be learned because you know what bugs are going to come out on each wave, with Recharged, you have no idea what's coming and when, it's all one big constant barrage. All the other Recharged games are the same way, there's no break between stages, it's just one constant, continuous stage. All the bugs look the same so you can't tell when you're shooting a bug that's going to explode (and in the arcade game you know exactly when the exploding bugs are going to start appearing.) The music sounds like an animal caught in a trap (and again this is a problem with ALL the Recharged games.) There's input lag when you're shooting in one direction and then need to suddenly shoot in the opposite direction (for example if you're shooting right and then suddenly need to shoot left there's a slight delay and it's enough to get you killed.) The powerups last about 5 seconds (again, a problem with ALL of the Recharged games). You think you have a powerup on, but surprise, it expired, and btw you're dead. Shall I continue? I won't buy another one of these games until all of these problems are fixed (I know that NOT going to happen). All of these Recharged games need to be thrown in a dumpster and set on fire. Sneaky Box is an appropriate name for the company that made these games. They sneak in, take your money and deliver a shit product. I don't even know why I watched this video. I need to stop now because my blood is just boiling.
@@andyauthor2007 thanks for your feedback, I disagree about most of it if the Atari vcs versions are the same way. But I totally respect your opinion. Sorry you feel like you shouldn’t have watched it, that’s def not my intention to push folks away. I guess when you hate something you just hate it. Well , I totally disagree . I own all of the Recharged games on my PS5 AND my VCS and most of them on my Switch and I also have Streets Of Rage 4 and I have no problem playing ANY of these games . So it must be the player and not the game . No lag problem here . Sounds like a lot of excuses for not playing well .
