If the company is very big - use "for" : I work for Hyundai.
If the working place is small or if it is a small branch of a big company use "at": I work at a shop, I work at a bank, I work at McDonald's (a big company with its unit at some place)
If you are mentioning a field or department use "in" : I am working in sales department, I am working in electrical field.
I work "for" Hyundai "at" their show room "in" sales department "as" an Accountant.

So, I can say: I work at the/a hospital (if I am a doctor and someone is asking me where I work, but not specifically which hospital).??

Just found your channel and really enjoying your Russian videos. Of the 5 I'm following yours is the best in terms of teaching. I've worked as an English teacher myself in Eastern Europe and can offer you some feedback on your own English if you like. Although I wouldn't want the corrections to appear rude as I know people can be very sensitive to that kind of criticism. Especially when it isn't asked for.
