Solid question! It is based on Animation time. Longer than 5 seconds heal the full amount. If the Execution can be cancelled out (some executions, you can walk away from before they are finished) it is the time until it can be cancelled that counts -except for Oh Come On! for Lawbringer, for some reason.
Maybe do one that focuses on executions that heal the most per second. So they don't necessarily have to be the ones that heal to most or are the fastest. It's a bit hard to explain.
No. That would break the point of a long execution. They can't be canceled because of the large amount of health. The health is a prize for risking being afk

At 1:53 technically BP's fastest 50 HP execution is Erzebet's prowess. Malo is alright for style, but Erzebet's Prowess kills much faster.
I wish that you did both fastest execution for Heath and fastest overall time. Because I know for a fact that Kensei has a faster execution for health

For Warmonger, Evisceration only heals 30 HP, making the exe you used in the starter her fastest 50 HP
