I watched this video last night. Went out an picked some of this hash up today while I was at the store. Heated it up in my stainless steel pan, but not till it got crispy. I forgot to add oil before putting the hash in, but still came out fine and nothing burned. I ate the whole can's worth and it was good. I was a little weary of too much saturated fat and sodium, but hey, all's good. My grandma used to fix this when I was young. Hadn't had it in years. I'm glad I got it. I'll be getting more. Just too good.

Love it, can't always make own, learned to spread out in 30 seconds and leave 10 min or so, flip what can and leave 5 min or so. Crispy hash goodness.. especially with eggs.. be honest not always time to get that crispy but egg is essential oil, looks great, now after I flip I'm gonna make eggs on top lol

when i cook up my Corned beef hash ( i like the Sausage hash better ) i cook mine for 7 minutes on 1 side then i flip it over and cook another 7 minutes then last flip and another 7 minutes i do add some black pepper or i add on some hot sauce ,, my hash is very crispy i add 2 fried eggs on top best breakfast ever ,,,,
