      The Pro xs is a little hotter and higher rev limit? What are you running for prop? Thanks for checking out the vid!

    Interesting my ranger 1860 angler with a 150 yamaha + kicker etc runs 48mph with 3/4 tank and a 21 pitch. I think you are missing out on 5mph somewhere

      just a slower hull. Pretty much what people get with a 150 on that hull.

    Nice work! I get 36mph outta my 115 and 205.

      Most of the time I am at 5mph or less honestly as a lot of local lakes are no wake. I do pull skiers and tubes and have had 8 people in the boat at times and the 150 handles that just fine.

    Man I'd like a 205 but so expensive

    • @fisherthorson3811
      @fisherthorson3811  3 года назад

      when I priced it it was only a few thousand more for the boat, same for the motor and a little more for the trailer since dual axle.

      I got it from cabelas as a gift. It is the first time I have had one and wonder what took me so long... it is a godsend when it is hot.

      @@fisherthorson3811 can you see if there’s a model on it or number?

      @@thejanitor113 I apologize but I don't see a model number. I looked on cabela's and don't see one that looks like it either. mine is a 4 bow.

    You must be propped wrong That Boat should run in the mid to high fifties I have a 20' ranger That runs almost 60 miles an hour with A150 Black Max Has a 21 pitch tempus prop

    • @Scottjhoch1
      @Scottjhoch1 3 года назад

      Black Max motors were 2 strokes, I believe? I am betting he has a 4 stroke.

      deep v hull won't run that fast with a 150. sport model 205 alumacraft with a double console with a 250 won't run 60. 44.3mph is hauling in a tiller lol... lots of experimenting with props to land on this setup.

      @richardmccoy8559 3 года назад

      Yes my motor is a 2 stroke I don't believe the Aluma craft Runs on a pad
