Best Practices: Crack Filling/Sealing

Created as a part of the Ohio Department of Transportation's Maintenance Best Practices Video series. This training video provides a practical explanation of crack sealing techniques used in roadway maintenance. This video introduces the audience to "Caught in the Act Carl", a fictional, light-hearted character who is taught the basics of crack sealing by his supervisor and co-workers.
