SNR: 38.7
RES: 72lp/mm
EBI: 0.6
Photocathod Sensitiviti: 2716
Halo: 0.7
Gain: 108567
FOM: 2786
This is a link to another L3 filmless tube which was not a SuperGain, I have used on a no-moon night, the footage of which I tried to closely mirror for comparison. The same S8 was used to film both:

Didn’t even know tubes came this high spec. Congrats on it!
What an insane tube for new moon!
Great for looking at the stars
Nice, I always expected those to be very noisy.
That's what people who haven't tried them say.
Yep, that's me. Thanks for the the video.@@UnobtaniumsQuickReviews
Thats a pretty good dang unit. Mine wont perform near that well looking at the spec sheet, lol. Its good but dang.
Bloody 'elle
Can you buy supergain tubes stand-alone, or can they only be had with a complete NV device?
Dealers can get them, but I don't think they are typically retailing them.
I don’t really see the point other than star gazing for supergain. Illuminators in a combat role are going to mess with the image pretty bad I’d imagine.
Illuminators don't affect it any differently from my other NVD's which were unfilmed WP.
What price point can a normal individual get into this for???
Supergain? Or night vision in general?
How much did you pay for yours?
@@jeff8039 Around 12k as I recall.
The cheapest ive found is the TNVC - TN/MNVB-R (SG) MANTICORE MANUAL GAIN for 11000$
This high spec tube????
Whats that?
