Primogenitor does get around dp reduction. If you swing dragon mode into a heavens judgement, primogenitor triggers as interruptive, then you digivolve into fighter mode ace or paladin, -12k DP stays, but you are no longer at 0DP

Also, you got the right base, but Fenriloogamon DNA OTK is stronger and scarier than Dexdorugamon.
