He's making the noises "hee hee" like Michael Jackson uses in his songs. He got the name "Ayowoki" because of the purposely wrong pronunciation of "Annie, are you okay?" in the refrain of the song "Smooth Criminal". He spelled it like "Annie, Ayowoki?" which you can cleary hear. There's a pretty famous game about it, called "Escape the Ayuwoki". It's about him stalking a woman in her own house,...(VERY short version xD) And this is basically the Minecraft version of it.

This is genuinely one of the scariest mod in Minecraft. The regular dwellers (like the cave dweller, man from the fog, goatman etc.,) are fairly predictable and not that scary, but this mod is actually pretty terrifying because of the environment and the new sounds
