    Today's diet:Mrn-jeera water, after finished walking green tea-1glass. Bf-ragi dosa-1, plain dosa-1, mushroom gravy.lunch-tomato rice, karunai kilangu fry, vathal few. Evn-1/2 cup tea. Today my chithi's bday so had suliyan-2, bajji-2, homemade cake-1slice, sakkarai pongal-1tablespoon, sundal little. Walking-11000steps(totally 1hour 40mins).
