    "From rage to passion".... very wise..... I'm getting burned out with serving others... and trying to have yoga and meditation in my daily practice so I can enjoy my life also.... :)

    Really think about the motivation behind what you do.,.. really brutally honest and deep within about the intent of daily life.
    This is a good practice everybody doesn't do ;-)

    Doesn't sound very tranquil to me. Sounds totally manic. People speak like this when they've spent too much time in Manhattan
