37:38 worst thing I see about this conversation is some people are not social butterflies and don't have that skill set and they're not extroverted enough to engage in the public. Some people are just not design that way and you have to learn how to cope so becomes a coping management skill to deal with personnel and people and all that other kind of stuff. Liquid courage helps in this
