Hey guys. Just want to let you know that months ago I watched every single one of your videos, took extensive notes, and action and now have 2 leases and picked up a 3rd that’s starting Jan 2022. Just wanted to say thank you and hope to pick another 3 in the next couple of months. Have been wanting a slow season video because definitely seeing a difference from the last couple of months to this month and predict even lower in Jan.
    Thanks!
Would love to connect with you guys! I’m in the Columbia SC area.

I'm hoping i can survive until my lease is up. If i don't. I,ll go into long term rentals. Houston Medical center is too competitive. With alot of host charging crack head rates🤦🏿‍♂️. Ive seen as low as $10 a night.

What do you think is the best monthly rent range a Airbnb host should aim for when looking for apartment units in order to be able to make a profit and still pay rent and utilities? Is it a such thing as too high of rent ?
