Through this, we hope that when you look at the mural years down the road, the first thought that viewers have is what the man stood for, rather than the accident that took so many beautiful souls so soon. I won't lie, I've never been a basketball fan, but hearing about Kobe's death and seeing all the truth really shows how much of a legacy he left behind. It breaks my heart everytime to see it, I can never look at his face or his daughter's with a dry eye anymore. I hope the mural will remind people of his legacy, you did a great job as always, man.
I think any celebrity who dies like that would instill that emotion. You don’t have to be a fan of him or basketball to feel ill about it. Not only is it a tragedy, but knowing the kind of person he was and the context in which he died made it that much more of a loss.
I know I knew who Kobe Bryant was but I never really payed attention to basketball and hearing that he died is just very sad to me 😭❤

When I visit LA I’ve noticed a lot more Kobe murals popping up. I love murals some of these artist are just amazing. To be able to help us all in some kind of a healing process, thats what we should all be striving for, to help one another. Thanks for sharing.

This is the first time a RUclips video has made me cry. I live in the UK, not a huge basketball watcher but I knew of Kobe. There was always something inspiring about him. The world lost an inspiring and humble leader. May his faith, hope, and spirit live on through our memories and stories of the great things he did. RIP Kobe and every life that was unfortunately lost in that tragedy. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
