At present, we only guarantee that tuya products are compatible. We have not tested other brands of products.

Hi. I bought this item but I'm having a hard time to enable the video communication with my Video Doorbells (tuya). I have 2 different models and BOTH of them, even after connecting them via the "Multimedia Interconnection", can establish audio-only connection to the video doorbell. Both Video doorbells connect with video / audio via SmartLife App, just to be clear.
This was the main selling point that made me buy the control panel. I'm looking for clarification if there's anything that can be done to solve this. What is the appropriate channel for such ?
