yeah love that over/under move. takes real talent and patience from the lead driver to sit on the inside line and not get on the gas too early and fly off to nowhere on the exit. pretty sure steve wouldn't have that move in his bag if he didn't play gt:sport so much.
Its nice to watch racing with people who you're invested in. The racers/teams in the professional leagues would do well to post up race recaps with the drivers talking to their fans, like this.

@@jacuzziii Not exactly. I'm always a backmarker and getting people punted to the shadow realm gives me hopes. Thats why I like SuperGT. He also has the same hopes many times.
That's impressive how every of your videos are catching me up for 10, 20 or even 40 min... Very good content, I'm still amazed that you made me stay wathcing kart race !!
Great driving! You set him up perfect for the overtake in the feature and used the track conditions to your advantage. Congratulations on the win and way to keep digging to get up front! Keep the karting videos coming!
liked the video before watching because you know its gonna be good ( it was great, the cutback for first place in the last race was brilliant loved every minute of it)
There's no chance to look away from these videos... Felt the adrenaline rush like i was driving it... Keep up with this Super GT you are making awesome races!
If F1 were anything like this I'd maybe not fall asleep when watching. Awesome racing here, loved that last overtake showing your true racing skills ;)
Rain/wet conditions are awsome. More mistakes, more action, more skill based. Makes me thinking of ayrton senna. You do a good job in all of your races! Like to watch it!
Did racer 116 deny you the thumbs up? Brilliant race Mr. Brown, simply outstanding racing that last pass was genius. That's the pass 116 will see in his dreams for the next year 😂😂😂😂. You are such an inspiration for me, I love racing always have. I just recently discovered that there's a club race about hour and forty five minutes away from me. Season consists of 12 races and the champion wins a scholarship to race at the innisfil Indy kart club. I'm so pumped and scared at the same time. Thank you for posting these videos, once I actually start racing, these videos and its commentary will be invaluable. Keeper shinny side up Steve brown.
Generally not used in hire kart racing as they're trashed within a couple of laps of the circuit drying out. That's a big expense for the operator. We use them in owner/driver racing.
I did a 24h endurance race with slick tyres and wet conditions. The key was push the throttle when coming in the corner and let the kart over steer all the way on the outside of the track and turn with the rear instead of the front end which, has you show, has no grip at all. So it was coasting instead of breaking and then throttle control all the way inside the corner.
Tip I learnt racing my kart (I own a race spec TaG 125cc kart), the kerbs are your biggest enemy. Painted outer lines are also evil as well. If you can, avoid them at all times. Your tyres won’t grip as well after touching them
In the quest for image quality, no gadget can be too expensive or cumbersome... I would probably go as far as using a dangerous pole-mounted gimbal, to get a locked in third-person view.
Do more karting vids , loving it

Nice racing m8, really loved that last overtake, very clean, beautiful absolutely beauty
I get the feeling that the other guy was VERY pissed off at the end of the last race.
He didn't actually see the chequered flag so carried on racing.

A little RainX on the camera should help with keeping the lens clear.
R4M Droplet attempting to ruin the video.
12:42 Obviously he went wide because it reads "Williams" on the back of his shirt. Totally not the rainy conditions.

Does kart driving make him a better gran turismo player?
Yes.
And the answer is: Neither.

Question: Why do you turn in so fast in the wet? Would this not eliminate the immediate understeer?
I was wondering that.
Agree. The quick/aggressive turning is definitely not helping!
