What if no one drank? What if your neighbor, the secret alcoholic needed an excuse to dispose of their evidence and knew you guys had a party. Instead of admitting to a 3rd party that she drank all of that beer that you guys must have. "Oh just some idiot neighbor kids must have dumped it on my yard" the perfect crime.
