I listen BBC News when I get up early at the morning and I bring a lot of improvement in my speaking. Now I am listening it but I increased the video speed also. Thank u soo much BBC news😊
The only way to being fluent in the short possible time is to step out of your comfort zone and start speaking on different topics consistently. Remember fun and increasing complexity with consistency is the key.
I study English after retirement with proper stress and enjoy studying. I read, record, memorize, write, repeat, keep thinking, maybe 10years younger.I'm so happy.I'm so thankful for BBC learning English .🌷🌷🌷🥰 ......From South Korea.....
I find these videos very helpful because they show that even with mistakes and limitations, we can communicate in English more effectively. I would appreciate more videos like these.
By a "beer shop", Park Hang-seo probably meant a pub, a bar, or a restaurant that provides alcoholic beverages. Imagine a scene in the show "Ted Lasso" that describe fans to gather in a pub to watch a game (I am from South Korea). Other than that, this video was really helpful. Thank you so much, BBC!
Very helpful example for me. I've known already that I don't need to use difficult words to speak English, but I always hesitate thinking about my words and grammer are wrong or correct. Don't worry! We are not natives, and we can not be natives forever. Just enjoy the language😊
Hello there, how are you doing? I am a foreign English teacher, I would like to practice English Language with you if it's possible for you. Please let me know your answer.
This video show us one different presetation, one man talk.. like me..i think that help us so much in our own level ,but insight feel that need work about others lenguaje skill.,thank so much bbc from argentina i wish ..best wishes
I would like you to make a fresh 100 day challenge or something like where we can follow the playlist instead of jumping in different videos. That would be helpful for new learners and easy to keep track.
I haven't heard those so familiar voices and music for ages. I'm so glad that the BBC has decided to bring it back to life. This record reminded me of all those good old times when everything in our world seemed brighter, better and simpler.
That's useful! Through my learning journey I've followed almost all of these tips mentioned here, and I can say it payed off! Now, as a ESL teacher I'd definitely share this with my Students.
One of the best English listening and learning vocabulary channel i have ever seen, not because the exact time is short, just because it helps you to get many crucial things during the short period. Perfect !
My dream is to understand 100% of the podcast 6 Minute English without subtitles. I've been listening to The English We Speak and 6 Minutes English for more than 3 years. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Feifei and Neil. Regarding from Brazil
Thanks a lot for this excellent English learning podcast. I'm from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 and have been with the BBC English Learning RUclips channel for a long time. There's a lot I've learnt from it. We'd like more lessons like this...
Thank you for your comment and for learning with us for so long - it makes us very happy to hear that! This episode is part of a series so there will be more episodes - stay tuned!
In korea, they use the words beer shop, though as a localised English, instead of pub or tavern. So technically speaking, his Korean English is correct.
I've always thought that one of the characteristics of fluent speaker is to be able to use precise words . After watching this video I changed my mind 🙂. But I think what most learners of English struggling with are idioms and phrasal verbs, at least for me it is tricky part of English but once you have mastered it you will sound much more authentic.
When I talk, somtimes I can't express the word that is in my mind in English, I thought I need to memorize a lot of vocabularies to speak very well but actually as you said (go around and trying to explain it).. I hope that will work with me.
everything is brilliant about your videos, thanks. But, please pick different background music or make it so that it would not hurt our ears. It is loud and somehow unwanted. Could be something peaceful, or focusing. Thanks in advance.
@@yigitcan824 Sorry, I'm not in a position to practice these days. I only do listening and sometimes writing. Maybe we can practice together another time 🙂
Am I wrong or is he refering to a "beer shop" as a place like a bar o pub where you can meet friends to watch a match? A liquor shop or off licence is a place where you buy alcohol to take away, right?

I am too late
Park hang seo
but when he said beer shop, probably what he really means is a pub or bar.
Am I wrong or is he refering to a "beer shop" as a place like a bar o pub where you can meet friends to watch a match? A liquor shop or off licence is a place where you buy alcohol to take away, right?
I was gonna mention he probabaly means 술집/ kind of like a bar or bar with food
Fluency is not equal to get the 7.0 in IELTS.
Very useful podcast.
