How lovely it is to be able to look back at older videos, and once again watch these girls growing from new born foal to approaching adulthood. It’s like looking at Christmas videos of one’s own children down through the years.
I love to watch them groom each other. To me, it is a show of submission and acceptance. Helping each other out is team work to me and the foals learn this from their mems. Thank you Yvonne for helping us make it through our days with these wonderful, uplifting, joyful, Friesian Horse videos. So peaceful and full of love. Yvonne strong!!!
It’s so amazing to watch a foal’s brain grow as they take in new experiences. Mathilda learned that nibbling hands feels nice on foal mouths, and getting attention is fun. I love how Stal G so gradually and naturally trains their foals. Nothing harsh, fast or too scary, but they always have such well mannered young horses that easily take on their more advanced training-backing and driving.
Yvonne so knowledgeable with Friesian diagnostic of ringworms...love how all the mares accept you Yvonne when you are in pasture with them so sweet🥰🤗❤🤍💙
I can’t believe I had never watched this cute video. The filly’s are adorable checking you out Yvonne. They were timid at first but their curiosity got the better of them and they were soon pushing through to be the closest to you.
My granddaughters love these foals. Marije and Mathilde are their favorites because they love their names💜 My granddaughter, Margaret went back to school this week and she told her class her favorite activity was watching the horses with me. You really touch our lives so much. Hugs💜

Mathilde is a dominant filly - she always stands in front of her mom and is really independent! For these reasons i love her in this M group of foals! Also, Marije is a noticeably pretty-faced filly!
Sybil McPherson Mathilde is certainly very independent & feisty that’s what made me fall in love with her. She reminds me of myself when I was little & I also see the similarities between her personality & my little sis, fiery & demanding lol. I’ve said that if Matty (my nickname for her) were a human toddler she’d be a redhead we’re strong willed & do as we please lol. Marije is all sweetness & beauty just like mama Saly & her big sister Lianne.♥️♥️
I grew up with horses on a beautiful farm, now I live in Fallon Nevada, the middle of the desert.... without horses. (Poor me!😂🤣😂🤣) It is so sweet of you to share your horses! They’re both my favorites from this year’s group, Marije because she’s so loving & beautiful just like big sisters especially Lianne & Saly is incredibly attentive & protective of her foals & a sweetheart herself. Mathilde is a spitfire so independent & full of life & attitude which is why I love her. I call her my little “redhead “ because of her personality lol. They’re both my favorites from this year’s group, Marije because she’s so loving & beautiful just like big sisters especially Lianne & Saly is incredibly attentive & protective of her foals & a sweetheart herself. Mathilde is a spitfire so independent & full of life & attitude which is why I love her. I call her my little “redhead “ because of her personality lol. I thought if she were a human toddler she’d be a redhead, we’re strong, feisty & we do things when we want & our own way, “little but fierce” that’s what my mom has always said about me (I’m very petite) so I really do relate to Matty (Mathilde)😄🥰
