@@joannezakaria8824 No, it was OK. Get some good quality scissors and cut straight and cut the front longer than the back. Cut fringe first ( slightly BELOW eyebrows if cutting a fringe) and when you are blow- drying, dry fringe first.
Thank you. After numerous uneven haircuts at the salons I'm probably going to start cutting my own, since I often have to straighten the crooked edges anyway. This is hugely helpful. One question: I saw something years ago indicating that the most underneath layers are cut slightly shorter than the outer layers, but that doesn't seem to be what's happening here. Please enlighten me. Shorter or not?
My hair is also this length and the hairdresser did leave the underlay er a bit shorter, to prevent as much flip out in the morning! It’s still does it a bit 3 days past washing. No need to use heat on it.
