Hi Tim What advice would you give this family: The mother moved out after struggling to sleep for two weeks and showing signs of mania . Believing delusions about others and self. She wants to divorce the husband based on these delusions. The husband realised there are changes that he needs to make in the marriage (he makes continuous effort in his home and to himself for a more healthy family) He does not want to divorce. She is not healthy to make te decision. But does not believe she is sick. If he gives her ,her way . He loses his marriage, friend and possibly his wife. (Because he is her support financially and the possibility of her hitting a low because of mania afterwards can lead to her to self destruct)
