Hey so I’ve had my locs for a year and a half! And I’m with you I’ve been back and fourth with keeping them and combing them out. I will say it is a process that you must trust! Me personally it’s my biggest flex haha I feel much more confident with them and I’m with you with the whole natural thing like it’s all me! Haha whenever I first got them I kept a protective style over them and my girlfriend would get so mad because she has dreads too and has had them for 5 going on six years! She reminds me of journey and talks me though my phases to comfort me. She has helped a lot with positive thoughts and uplifting me when I felt insecure so that may help, I also follow a lot of pages on Instagram and I watch videos on RUclips to get a feel. One major key component baby girl is DON’T compare your loc journey to anyone else,Embrace it. You came this far it’s only up from here!✨ you’re beautiful asf and honestly hair is hair it’ll grow back so whatever you decide to do always know you can restart your locs if you comb them out and don’t like them. I hated doing my hair, I combed one of my locs out to remind me what it’d be like if I was to comb them out and this has been a HUGE key component bc girl no I could never go back😂 Me personally you’ve inspired me to start a channel 🙈 but like if you could drop a video of how to edit and what not as you talked about it would help me a lot! Like yass help a sister out, I would greatly appreciate it. But yes! Your locs look great, they’re flourishing! Just a reminder again you’re beautiful 🥰

Hey I love your vids and I completely understand what you mean about not knowing what you want in regards to your hair. You should look at thequalityname youtube her 2 year loc video she has a lot of pics and clips of her hair and it opened my eyes to seeing the hair styles that are possible.
