I'm a master electrician and I live and conduct business near this site. This developer has angered nearly everyone in this small town. When I wrote him about the unlicensed illegal electrical wiring in this video, this is his written response, verbatim: "You must be refering to Xxxxxx Xxxx, a contractor that lives nearby to our xPoint complex. He is not providing any services, electrical or otherwise, and has already been banned from the property. There is no "illegal activity" as all wiring is done by licensed electricians per code. However, based on your rant, you will never be one of the contractors allowed to work or enter the site. As a master electrician you can masterbait (sic) on that for a while". This is a federal chemical weapons facility, a Superfund Candidate. Nobody should be living there. He's in court now for more serious matters that I can't mention here. Beware.

What they don't tell you is how dilapidated the bunkers are. Since the closing of the facility in the late 60's, the bunkers were neglected, used as shelters for ranchers' livestock, and settling of the bunkers under the weight of the domes, the concrete (floors and domes) in many are extemely damaged.
