Mate Dosa is in southern side of India. You won't find authentic tasty dosa in any other part of India. Tamil Nadu dosa taste best. India's North-South-East-West all have different food and cultures.

Come to Karachi, Pakistan! A lot of the same dishes but we were a same country once! I love Indian people but as they have their own regional food, ours is also regional and delicious! Most of the food has the same description but has a distinct flavour from Pakistan. P.S Loved this video, our two countries will hopefully reunite again.
Lord Murphy yes there are alot of them. Shanwari style which is from northern Pakistan. Sajji which is from blochistan. Lot of Karahi styles. Different Pulao styles. Karachi has Nahari , haleem, biryani but in their own way different taste.
Search up National Ka Pakistan. I promise you will have a good watch. You will get to see different foods, cultures and people in Pakistan. Let me know how you like it.

All Indian food lovers should visit Hyderabad /Telangana state for world famous dum biryanis , meat and vegetarian dishes. Very unique. Fun fact / Telangana has hugest % of non-vegetarians( 98 % of the state) in India :-)

That soup is called "Paaya" - basically they boil the bones of goats for 12 hours or more, so that flavor is amazing. It's an all time favorite soup in India. You taste the best foods in India man!

I live close to Quincy, Il., Mike's hometown. I know where his parents had their restaurant. It is amazing that Mike has become a world traveler in search of amazing International Buffets I am proud of you Mike.
I can't thank you enough because most foreigners go to North India(Jaipur, Delhi, Agra) and think that's the whole India. India is so diverse and every region has its own culture, food etc. Thank you for visiting South India that's mostly ignored by other foreigners.

All Indian food lovers should visit Hyderabad /Telangana state for world famous dum biryanis , meat and vegetarian dishes. Very unique.

im just saying "blending in" (per Mr. Hrangaolou's comment), in our country, is more than skin deep, due to the culture. to that end, even though Mike Chen may look more similar to NE indians, that doesn't mean he can't blend in any less in Hyderabad, and the same goes for the people I directed my message to. Im not trying to sound great or toot my own horn. Even I want to visit NE also. But my point is lets focus on pan-indianness rather than oh he looks more similar to a certain people so he will necessarily like it better there. hope you got my point, dammit (pun intended ^^).

That soup is called "Paaya" - basically they boil the bones of goats for 12 hours or more, so that flavor is amazing. It's an all time favorite soup in India. You taste the best foods in India man!
