You are looking at the resolutions wrong, when you change the resolution you change the VIEWPORT! So when you select 720p, the game viewport is 720p and NO DLSS DOES NOT UPSCALE IT TO 4K! You need to select the viewport resolution and then apply DLSS, 50% on 1080p = 720p so at 1080 the game runs at 720 and is upscaled.
I just disagree that the interchangeable turrets for the hornet series is a bug. Regardless of the series they're all the same sized mounts both physically and in Mount size if you happen to get a Mark II turret on a Mark 1 good for you and if it's on a ghost if anything the bug is more so that it doesn't increase the ghost signature or lower the stealth bonus or something. If there's anything in that top turret slot the stealth should be lowered significantly
Yeah I couldn't really care, all it does is bring the Mk1 up to a less powerful state than the MK2 F7A. Or at least update the NPC ships and give them special hard points that allow us to salvage parts like we can with the Mk1 F7A
Yeah I got my ES loaner for my MR and I've been using it several times to move things about, or do missions in. Such a great little ship. I am, however, glad I didn't get the CL as well. Would be perfect if it weren't for such a cumbersome cargo grid to load. I'm SUPER curious what the Zeus ST will be, thinking it'll be a stealth ship of some sort. I may end up with one of those too lol.
Glad the put the super bright lights back into the interior of the Hornet. What are the top green lights for? Still cant line up the light bulb with the sprites emitting to the HUD elements.
Oh wow, I got attacked by an invincible Freelancer as well and the AI totally took advantage, ramming like crazy and even slamming into the ground without taking damage.

We're promised chocolate but somehow nothing has been delivered so far. it's the same old story, you buy both starlancers from them, look forward to rain, thunder and vegetation and then suddenly the game works even less than usual. It's also great that the storage is empty and all the paints and gears accumulated over the years are missing. You can also do it this way to reduce server load. Take the toys away from the kids! I had the attrition repeaters on almost every ship, I was surprised that you suddenly had no more weapons.
@cpt_foxyloxy Were you able to exit and re-join the PTU more than once? A few of us in test chat are having trouble with CTD or other issues trying to join PTU more than once. I think it is a character stow account issue.
I had this invulnerability issue in the current 3.24.2. I found an abanded ship on an outpost and wanted to take the components, can you blame me? :-D Firste I tried to unlock and open everything, which worked, but Ii could not take any of the components. Then I fly it outside the demilitarized zone and tried to blow it up, but it didnt make even a dent in the paint. I also tried self-destruct, but that didnt work either. So had to leave perfectly good S3 components.
You seem to have no trouble destroying pirate ships. What are you shooting at when you are destroying enemy ships? Could you give us a little video that explains what to aim at? Perhaps as well cover targeting components?
I tried fighting a freelancer in 3.24.2 a couple days ago. The only way to kill it was with misiles, and I only managed to break the wings and thrusters, couldn’t damage the main fuselage.

had the same thing with the freelancer in bounty missions with it seeming invincible, not getting hit markers all the time, killed it with missiles in the end
at 4:29 are my eyes deceiving me or did I see a Stor-all big box model h as equipable to the weapon slot? what's that about, you can add storage at the expense of a weapon slot?
I have an INVISIBLE Freelancer in the PTU it doesn't show up on my personal hangar ASOP. Yes I bought the Starlancer so in the PU I have a Feelancer Max.
Nowadays I prefer PTU to play on because there are less people to strain the servers and less database issues as there are constant wipes. I don’t grind anymore with the recent in game price bump and salary nerf. I might do it in 1.0 again, though

Just log in on live 25/10/24 and still says degraded performances so decided that I dont want to play star citizen for 30 minutes and end up with a 30k error so logged off and played world of warships instead
I would much more appreciate if they got the live build fixed. It is unplayable at least if you want to leave a spaceport or a station. I don't understand how they fucked this live patch up so bad.

I have had the same issue with the freelancer. Spent like 4-6 minutes blasting it with M7A from a connie. I think it might have the starlancer hp?

I thought 3.24.2 had a negative effect on clarity at least with my setup running 4k 120hz.
The fix is mainly aimed at solving server problems and other complaints by players.
Applying the paints for the Hornet MK2 on the Hornet MK1, does this word in reverse? can i put paints for the mk1 on the mk2?
