With all due respect, AC Milan in 2003-2008 was the best team in the world. With the best squad/players + the best coach (until now). Am a Chelsea fans, anw. But for me, going back in their prime, Milan is the strongest team for their opponent. Love how they played. Love how Ancelotti make them great. Super crazy team!
They won one champions league inter dominance in the domestic league. They weren’t that great. They just had all the star at the time but they were knocked out and beaten alot. There was no best team in the world imo from 2000 until peps barca
@billyderry6526 I don't think so: Juventus 2003, Milan 2004, Juventus 2005 (then revoked, Milan arrived second), Juventus 2006 (then revoked, Milan arrived second). Finally Inter won the scudetto in 2007 but only because Milan and Juventus were penalized. In 2008 it was a fair and clear scudetto to Inter. So yeah I wouldn't say Inter dominated 2003-2008 serie A, at all.

@ciaronsmith4995 You have no arguments, Shevchenko was better technically and phisically, he had a better career and better numbers. You are the only one in the world thinking that Crespo is better than Sheva. You can compare Crespo with Trezeguet
@@ODLH Nobody thinks Shevchenko was better technically or had the better career. Crespo scored 153 goals in Serie A and 35 goals internationally. Shevchenko only 127 in Serie A. Shevchenko was good at Milan for 4 years. That's it and missed a key penalty too. Crespo was legendary since 1998 at Parma across different leagues and teams. Enough.
@ciaronsmith4995 Shevchenko with AC Milan had 175 goals and 46 assist in 322 games. He scored 48 goals and 16 assist in Champions League, Crespo 25 goals and 6 assist. Shevchenko was top class and decisive for 9 seasons, Crespo was not decisive as Andriy. I love them both but there's no comparision
Their playing style in the past was bad, they only shot, and there were no offensive tactics, but the players were professional, strong and had the honor to win.
defenders on both teams were insanely good in this match. also, there are no "offensive tactics" that you can do, when Maldini bends space-time and teleports in front of you every time you get the ball. english football in the 90s and 2000s was especially brutal, and italian defenders in those periods were the best the world has ever seen. it was like fighting against titans. modern girl-football we see today would not have worked back then.
Plus you can't really play modern offense tactics like teams like these, milan defense was like going against an iron curtain, they would close you down fast, slide tackles everywhere, you would put your body on the line, and the PL back in the day, well.... they were out to injure you 😂

This is the match Van Nistelrooy pointed out when asked about the most difficult defenders he ever played against.
Milan 2004/2005 very strong squad,, value 9,5 ,, MU 7,0

It’s a shame to not seeing this goal in full because it’s a wonder.
Even better than the Messi’s goal against MU in 2009.

Cafu
Stam

Maldini
Gattuso

How did Liverpool beat them in the final?
Cause we are Liverpool
Exploiting weakness in the midfield
Lots of luck and also they didnt give up
Luck tbh, and dudek crazy stunts that are not allowed today

Inter dominate??? 😂
Maybe dominate Serie A, but not international
Colection Defender monsters : Cafu, Nesta ,Stamp, Maldini
best football years .
I don't think crespo knew how offside works.
Inzaghi also lol
There was a foul earlier when the goal was scored so UTD would win on away goals both count and the 1st goal was offside on the 1st leg
Hernan Crespo!
Cris driblou maldini pelo menos uma duas vezes e um lenda os dois
