    Ingredients
    For the dough:
    140 grams of flour
    60 grams of sugar
    30 grams of almond powder
    2 grams of salt
    1 egg
    80 grams of butter
    For the frangipane:
    100 grams of almond powder
    100 grams of sugar
    30 grams of flour
    2 eggs
    40 grams of butter
    1 lemon
    1 vanilla pod
    4 apples

    I made an apple tart. Taste is perfect. The center of the tart base remained moist. Do you have a solution suggestion?

    That looks awesome my dude. Still get terrible flashbacks to when I first used a mandolin without a guard though haha

      Haha my first time was in Spain, I was so focust on the language that I totally forgot about the mandolin... let’s just say we learn every day

    When you place the dough on the sides of the mold, do you do anything to secure the side dough to the bottom dough?

      Hey Tarrosion, just carefully press it to the bottom. When you bake it it will merge together

      There is enough butter and sugar in the dough to melt it together in the baking process.
