🙏🙏ହୋମଗାର୍ଡ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗଲା ସରକାରର ପୋଲିସ ଡିପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ଆମ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମିଛ କେଶ ରେ ଯୋଡି, କିଛି କେଶ ନଥିଲେବି ଜଣକ ଦୋଷ ରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ସେଥିରେ ଯୋଡି ଚାକିରିରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରାଯାଉଥିଲା ଵା କରାଯାଉଛି . ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନଙ୍କୁ କଣ ଖାଲି ଚାକିରିରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରିବାର ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ଅଛି. ବଡବଡ଼ିଆବାବୁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ କଣ ଖାଲି କ୍ଷମତା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନଙ୍କୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରିବାକୁ. ମୋତେ ଲାଗୁଚି ବଡ଼ବଡ଼ବାବୁମାନେ ଖାଲି ହୋମଗାର୍ଡ ରୁଲ୍ସରେ ବୋଧେ ସେଇ ଧାଡିଟିଏ ଲେଖାକୁ ଘୋଷି ମନେରଖଇଛନ୍ତି. ଭୁଲଥିଲେ ତା ପାଇଁ କଣ ଆଉ ଅନ୍ୟ କିଛି ଦଣ୍ଡବିଧାନ ସେଥିରେ ଲେଖା ନାହିଁ, ପୋଲିସ ରେଗୁଲାର କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଜେଲରୁ ଫେରି ଚାକିରୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି. ବଡବଡ଼ବାବୁମାନେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଟ୍ରାପିଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଚାକିରୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି.ଜଣଙ୍କ ନାମରେ FIR ଥିଲେ ବି ସରକାରୀ ଚାକିରୀ କରିପାରୁଛି.ହେଲେ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖାଲି ଚାକିରିରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର ଭଳି ଦଣ୍ଡ ଛଡା ଅନ୍ୟ କିଛି ଦଣ୍ଡ ମିଳିଲା ନାହିଁ. ଛୋଟ ହେଉ ଅବା ବଡ଼ ଭୁଲ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନଙ୍କୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର ଛଡା ଅନ୍ୟ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କାହାରିକୁ ମିଳିଲା ନାହିଁ, ହୋମଗାର୍ଡ ରୁଲ୍ସରେ କେବଳ ଏହି ବହିଷ୍କାର ଦଣ୍ତ ଛଡା ଅନ୍ୟ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଲେଖା ନାହିଁ ବୋଧେ. ଏହାକୁ କୌଣସି ରାଜନୈତିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ କିମ୍ବା କୌଣସି ନ୍ୟୁଜ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ କେହି ଏ ବିଷୟରେ ମୁଁହ ଖୋଲୁନାହାନ୍ତି କି କହୁନାହାନ୍ତି. ସେଥିପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସ ଡିପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ମନଇଛା ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଜୁଲମ ଚଲାଇଛନ୍ତି. କେବେ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡମାନେ ଏଭଳି ଇଂଗ୍ରେଜ ପୋଲିସବାବୁମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପାଇବ. ମୋର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଦନ ଆମ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟାୟକୁ ପୁନଃ ବିଚାର କରି ସରକାର ଆମମାନଙ୍କୁ ସରକାର ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ.🙏🙏
