@@Goldenboi77 what deck is slow for you? Mage or mech hunter? Or priest? All of them can highroll you at turn 5-6. They are very aggressive at times

Who's playing Mech Hunter at high legend? Mage might highroll early like 10% of the time, but that hardly makes it an aggro deck.
@@Goldenboi77 I see an okay amount of Hunter at Legend, both Bomb and Midrange. There is a lot of warrior so Mech isn't bad.

Editor guy you need some water. That work you just did is equivalent to running a marathon.
It is always fun to play tess rogue with scheme vs Warrior. The strategy of warrior (as told by firebat) is to "bore to the death". Well enjoy being fu**** by 20 tesses who flood the board every turn by cards from espionage and 5 cards from "add to your hand/discover". Only option of warrior to win is to win early - 3 bombs by round 6 and Dr. Boom on 7, so there is no way for rogue to get rolling.

My fetish is seeing warriors getting what they deserve. I just had a game where I got Doctor Boom from academic espionage. It was fun seeing Tess recast Academic Espionage and my opponent losing to fatigue.

Not just playoffs, every elimination round uses it.
You now that Blizzard has really fucked up their design when Rogue is capable of doing 40 minute games
I would love it if hearthstone actually rewarded you proportionately for playing these super long games. Winning a 40 minute game gets you the same amount of gold as winning a 3 minute game, which is just silly if you ask me.
I think there's a chance that would encourage people to BM and draw out games, which sounds awful.
@@Menosh Just base it off of turns rather than time then, that way you can't gain an advantage from making the game longer without also giving your opponent extra turns to kill you with. It's pretty obnoxious that it can take an hour or so to climb through a rank with a control deck but only about 10 minutes with some bad opening hands to fall all the way back down through it, the system rewards playing aggro decks to a ridiculous degree which is a big part of the reason that's most of what we see on the ladder every other meta.

Can somebody explain why the guy played only two warpaths? It seems that if he used all echoed ones gunspires would be much more likely to kill Firebat and it wouldn't be such a close game. Perhaps I'm missing something.
It kills your own board and youre left with 3 4 gunspire that does nothing this way you have a 6 4 tess and a bunch of 2 3s and stuff to play with

He got a bunch of Ursatron and Militia Captains who drew the aggro away from the Gunspires and forced Firebat to prioritize them since they deal direct damage anywhere, as opposed to the random Gunspire shots

It is sad that the namesake of the deck is the absolute worst card to have in the mirror, kinda wish they'd go back and change more cards now that they've finally realized that "thief rogue vs. rogue" doesn't work.

@@michaeljeacock Change cards, not print new cards. They fixed Pilfer to be in line with the new effect but nothing else, it would be nice if they had changed a few more of them at least from the current standard card pool.

The correct structure would be "The 40 minute (pre-edited) game" to imply it was 40 minutes before the edit. Putting "pre-edited" at the end of the title suggests that this is the footage before it has been edited. Structure is important in English.

I tried playing my beast hunter vs Tess rogue and lost big time. Hate Tess Rogue more than mech warrior

The amount of rng this rogue hits to win is disgusting. 0 skill
Everything wrong with this bs game in one video - and of course their is no logical consistency with Tess’s effect continuing after her effects kill herself, but Yogg-Saron doesn't - the nerfs in this game are based more on a cards popularity than any real sense of balance.
They actually did change her but they didn't offer a dust refund when they did it, so when people complained about that they just reversed the change instead of letting them have more dust. So you're right about the management of the game being shitty but it's actually because they mostly just care about maximizing profits at all times, even in fringe cases like someone wanting to trade in a nerfed Tess for another legendary which wouldn't actually have "lost money" for them since the player ends up with the same collection size and value.
Well one card was complaines about and dominates the professional meta for a year or two, the other is part of a super greedy meme deck teched specificslly for control warriors
