Parts mumber which you have printed on the PCB is wrong brother. C4793 is a NPN transistor so how can you feed positive supply to the emmiter . On the other side A1837 is PNP so here collector must have negative supply but here you feed the negative supply to the emmiter . I don't know may be it's a printing mistake.
