- All necessary furniture as well as main door and gate were completed. I don't think that I will make further changes or addition furniture for the near future. This should be the final look of the interior for now.
I am happy with the present arrangements and feel comfortable with it.

@@ecliving7999I also have freedom in my 5 room flat. I do my work, watch TV, listen to music while having my parents voice talking in the background. To me, it's not about having a house, it's also about WHO is in the house with you. Living alone can be too quiet and lifeless...

Thanks for sharing your home tour! Can go for skillsfuture coffee class. The angle for milk frothing need to tilt more, longer, hold the base, until it's bearable warm/hot and frothing then release.

The window mesh was done by www.ihsing.com. BTW, what is sbf?
@@ecliving7999 Sales of Balance Flat. basically unsold BTOs. i just hit 35 aiming for singles scheme and cant afford the time to wait for a new BTO which would translate to only having my own house at 40 >.

Thank you very much for your appreciation! The total renovation costs were about 30+k. That’s not a wall in between bedroom and living room, instead it’s a partition only. But i think the cost to hack part of it would be similar to hack down a wall.

Thank you for your appreciation 😊 Bedroom doors are custom made. Dressing table as bought from Taobao but I won't recommend this seller as they didn't do packing properly and securely. One of the glass doors broke during shipment. I have no choice to accept it!

You can get it from HDB. You may chase them to be informed about the date of keys collection if you’re in urgency.
