Cohen saying it and there being in order are two different things. I (not being in Michael’s position) would hope I’d be able to keep quiet but I don’t know what triggers him. He isn’t invincible and if you watch other Meidas Networks shows with Michael he has voiced the toll this has taken on him. So stop cherry picking stories to fit your narrative. Michael Cohen isn't talking about the current Trump criminal case until after he testifies in it. He's mentioning Donald's name as little as possible, and certainly not in the context of this New York City trial. By the end of this month, the gloves are off again! ( "Political Beatdown" podcast was better in the openings when Cohen wore boxing gloves ironically, but that didn't last long. )

It seems that only Trump is allowed to be "outspoken" with attacks as he continues to violate his gag orders. You are correct. Cohen has stopped talking. Cohen is not gagged. The difference is , there is a power difference. Cohen has no cult that invaded the capital. Trump does. Cohen already went to prison to related crimes with Trump! It's funny when. Way to push back(not) on gag orders. Cohen isn't under indictment, Trump is and with his freedom(out on bail) comes limitations
Which of the witnesses was an accountant or a Federal Election Commission official to define payment classifications?
No witnesses stating anything about payment classifications. Getting someone to sign a nondisclosure is a legal expense. Even if they convict Trump, it will be thrown out by a higher court. This is just dirty politics.
My Attorney Got Arrested
Cohen is definitely not a likable guy. That could be a huge problem in this case. He promised to back off attacking Trump during the trial but unfortunately he didn’t. Both men intimidate, threaten and are vindictive by nature. Problem is that Cohen can’t shut up and won’t shut up about vengeance and keeps barking at anyone who will listen. He might be telling the truth about Trump but there’s shitloads of opportunity for defense lawyers to pin things on Cohen’s spite and vengefulness to cause some doubt with jurors. In any way it is not going to be pretty 🤷🏻♀️
