@@gusrallim that’s not my point. I’m all for people getting a bag. But something so under researched like Ketones and ketone IQ specifically (which isn’t even ketones) and the long term effects of daily use, I would like someone who isn’t being paid to talk about them. You only see them being talked about once someone has a sponsored ad and they all say theyve been using it for a while and that’s just likely not true
@@jazzyjay4595 I get where you're coming from. Just to share, I've been using ketones consistently in training for 14 months now and even used them for long runs in college a few years ago. There's actually a ton of good research on exogenous ketones, from therapeutic to use for athletic performance. The Tour de France has been using them for years now. We’re super selective about our partnerships and only want to promote products we actually use and believe in. Appreciate your concern and totally agree that doing your own research is important. Would love to know if you've given them a go and in what use case?

There's actually a good amount of research on exogenous ketones for both therapeutic and athletic use. When your body runs low on glycogen, it starts converting fat into ketones for energy. This process is something our bodies have been doing forever, especially during fasting or low-carb situations. Exogenous ketones, like those in Ketone IQ, are synthetic versions of these natural ketones. They provide the benefits of ketones without needing to deplete your glycogen stores. Cole would knock him out cold. No cap
He can actually hit the bag!
That’s such stupid influencer sh*t. This is athletics. Not everything has to be glamorized violence.

Waiting for an unsupported person to talk about Ketone IQ
They’ve been using it for months but they’ve been having to cover it up
Let them get their bag lol
