Fabulous history/ geography lesson Craig . I’m sure the kids will remember some of it regardless of their facial expressions . Treats always win out . Thanks for the vision at your legs expense .
Thanks Fleur it is nice to know someone gets something out of them 😂 hopefully some of it sinks in for them, I will keep trying! Your welcome, was definitely worth the hike up. Thanks for watching!
@@RoaminintheRobbo we took our girls aged 4 & 8 (now 43 & 47 ) around Australia in 1985 and they still remember facts and experiences from back then so I’m sure your 2 will as well even if they don’t look enthusiastic at the time.
Awesome effort guys. Amazing views though. Reminds me a bit of St Marys Peak we have here in the Flinders Ranges. You would love it there. Looking forward to the next episode. 👍
Sorry just got a free night to switch on and watch another brilliant Episode of yours. One that still takes our breath away ! What such brilliant drone footage Craig, Shame Miranda you still had an injured chicken wing but looks like it didn’t hold you back. Craig another history lesson 😂 love it As always we love chilling back with a couple of wines watching your channel 🍷
Thanks team! I know it can be hard to keep up sometimes, i have a couple of yours I need to catch up on! Places like these really make you appreciate having the drone for the extra perspective. Thanks for the support 🍻 hopefully catch up soon!
Awesome ariel footage 10 outta 10. Thanks for sharing guys. Just got back a few weeks ago from a four nighter down Pemberton way, Warren State Forrest. Loved it so much heading back down for a little longer in a few more weeks. Tons of 4WD tracks for me to gain some experience not to mention some awesome camp sites throughout the forest.
Thanks mate! It really is such a beautiful part of the state isn't it. How lucky are we to have it on our doorstep, great to hear you are back out camping!!
Great video guys, like others have said, beautiful drone footage, especially at 14:00 when the carpark comes into view and gives the scale of the climb. Bluff Knoll plus Mt Toolbrinnup in one day was a little ambitious.
Thanks Kris! It really does put it in perspective doesn't it when you see how far away the car park looks! Yeah not sure Craig thought that through before he said that 😂
Funny story we were at the Townsville caravan expo checking out the MDC's today. While we were looking at the XT 154e, I was saying to the rep that we were originally looking at the Robinson prior to seeing these hybrids as we have been following Roamin in the Robo over in Perth and he told us that you had passed recently and that the trailer was named after you 😅😂. I didn't know what to say 😂😂
Oh my goodness 😂😂😳 I can assure you we are alive and the Robson was definitely not named after us 🤣 it was however named after Steve Robson who was big in the caravan industry and the late husband of the beautiful Melissa that now does work for MDC. How did The caravan hunting go? Did you decide on one you liked?
@RoaminintheRobbo we are leaning towards the XT15 4e mk3 with the larger battery set up and it has the largest water storage tank capacity aswell for the range. It also falls into our towing capacity with our new MUX. We are just wondering about storage as I think we are just over thinking how much we need versus how much we currently take away when camping now as I am sure it will easily all fit in 🙂
Hey guys another great episode. Thanks as you have added another thing to our list when in WA 😂 at this rate we will need years over there 😂 Great drone work really captured the scale of it.
Thanks guys!! You really do need so much time to fully explore WA it is such a large state with SO much to see and explore 😊 hope all the travel preparations are going well!
Great video great editing that’s some trek but you guys smashed it 💪🏼 my sort of adventure the tougher the task the greater the reward….the views are just WOW! always love the drone clips…especially when it’s following you from behind and seeing what your going into the scenery is just epic…great piloting skills 👍🏻 question…….when you sent the drone up while you were following Miranda/kids on the side…..how did you get it back to you (the drone) just flew it back to you or pressed home tab ? I ask because where you took off from it should land in same place it took off from……I take it you just flew it back to you ? Thanks guys loved the video as always……safe travels and see you on the next one 🇦🇺🦘🪃
Thanks mate! Definitely a great feeling to finish the hike and be rewarded with the views from the top. Yeah, I just manually flew the drone back to me, personally I don't use the home button to bring the drone back I will just fly it. How are you getting on with getting used to flying your drone? Hope you are enjoying your holiday!
@@RoaminintheRobbo the kids look on there faces when your telling them your little history lesson 😂 ok cool I must try not using the home button while flying 👍🏻 as for flying the drone I’ve had 10 minutes with it since I’ve had it….our city council has a total ban on drones in the whole of the county so I’ve no idea where I’m going to fly it without getting a fine…..I’ve flown it in my garden but just for 10 mins or so…I’ve only just got my new drone mini pro 4 then it was off on holiday so I’ve not had chance to really fly it…..once I’m home I’ve another 2 weeks off so will try and fly it somewhere in a big open field. Holidays great thanks 👍🏻 I’ve also bought my GoPro here to try out underwater but the sea is rough I did manage to get some fish in a little video but I’m just experimenting with it really…I’m not on your level your a natural 👍🏻 cheers mate 🦘🪃🇦🇺
@@Neil-clare I know they could not be less interested if they tried 😂😂 Gee that makes it hard to get practice in then! Hope you can find somewhere to have a go with it. You will be a natural in no time mate 👍
So funny how the kids find the geological lessons from Dad boring 😂 I reckon my young fella would love it. Wonder if the kids would find it interesting if someone else was telling the story 😂
I reckon Craig dies a bit each time the kids have no interest in his geological lessons 😂😂 he would love to have your little guy along to listen to him!! Yeah, maybe if it was just "Dad" they may take more interest 🤣
Absolutely breathtaking shots guys, this episode is incredible! Love it 👏
Thank you so much ❤️
