Great storyline! Really captures the journey most of us walk in life, faithful one moment only to lose our faith when faced with adversity. Redemption is only realized in our walk with Christ, keeping our faith despite adversity. Loved it!!
Thank you so much for posting this video. It is even taken the attention of my teenager who is in the very difficult place in trying to understand his relationship with God. He loves that very much but he doesn’t always understand how God is there for him. This movie spoke to him and this movie showed him what he needed to see. Thank you so much for posting it.

This was a great faith building block! We all need to know who we are in Christ, and this movie shows us one of the ways to find out. The story was good. Kevin Sorbo was great as usual. But, the other "actors" were among the WORST I've ever seen. To me this illustrates the need for more and improved actors in faith-based movies.

"Help me, help me know" she says when trying to decide between her husband and the new guy Brock. God is very clear in His Word that a divorced woman CANNOT remarry, she can remarry if her husband dies. IF a divorced woman remarries she is living in adultery and causing her husband to live in adultery.
Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of (eternal life) to all who trust Him alone for salvation. This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ (alone) for salvation.
I also like Kevin Sorbo because of his conservative values not only in life but politics as well. Some theaters have refused to show his movies because they are Faith based.
Mixed messages in this one, the wifes not a very good role model for Christian girls/women, wife flirting with the new guy but then telling him hes a player like she got the high moral ground........ So weird........ Sorry its not a like from me.

I used to and still sometimes get annoyed with that as well! Then I realised that you technically don't have to say 'in Jesus name.' God won't punish you for just saying, amen. Even the Bible has an example of how to pray without 'in the name of Jesus.' God, knows peoples hearts and who they're praying to.

The story was good. Kevin Sorbo was great as usual. But, the other "actors" were among the WORST I've ever seen. To me this illustrates the need for more and improved actors in faith-based movies.

IF a divorced woman remarries she is living in adultery and causing her husband to live in adultery.

This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ (alone) for salvation.

Why do they not pray in Jesus name? They just pray and then say amen. We go to the Father in the name of Jesus.
I used to and still sometimes get annoyed with that as well! Then I realised that you technically don't have to say 'in Jesus name.' God won't punish you for just saying, amen. Even the Bible has an example of how to pray without 'in the name of Jesus.' God, knows peoples hearts and who they're praying to.
