It’s all in the mind :) seriously. everybody’s body can do it. If. And only if you can stand the pain and generate the internal drive and pressure. Generating the drive inside is probably the hardest part. Self belief is 90% of it.

Leave a comment so people can see you and they will start talking to you for subs. Also go and talk with everyone there. Like I say there are over 100 subs to be got. By posting a solo comment there like others it also helps me keep track of who I have subbed :) Good luck!
