GREAT match!!! even with The Patriot's apparently real injury, they worked it into the match, and still put one for the ages!
The Patriot..BEST masked gimmick of all time..it would STILL stand up in 2010!

体調以前に、この体型だとスタミナが無くてもしょうがないでしょ

この年だけ参加チームが少ないせいか何故か総当たり二回戦となった。小橋パトリオット組は一回り目は絶好調で首位ターンしたのに（普通なら優勝）二回り目でパトリが腕を負傷してからブレーキがかかり、この試合で完全に負けてから優勝争いから脱落した。
ようやく小橋パトリオット組が実現して快進撃だったがパトリの負傷でこのコンビは長くは続かなかった。パトリのファンだったので四天王の小橋と組んでパトリオットも世界ベルトのチャンスだったが残念。

@JDCDK he's very obviously favoring his right arm from the time he takes his jacket off in part 1, and it is heavily padded and taped..must have happened in another match, or he might have hurt it in the gym. Del Wilkes was on steroids throughout his career, and has torn his biceps/triceps many times.
even with him being injured, I give him credit for letting Albright work that arm with an armbreaker..that ish HAD TO hurt!
