I get train noise this time of year, yet the closest train is 12 miles away. But they are across the river and against a bluff so when conditions are right they sound like they are right outside the house.
@@briantantlinger7936 I saw the rust on top of the fan shroud on the video but it still looks like a leak or condensation from the vent pipe where the squirrel cage impeller is, you are probably right though... (Tennethee)
I know how concerned you are with CO issues...how do you decide which systems to test with your gas exhaust meter? Good on 'ya for making sure folks have CO detectors!

Drain had been backing up
No trap on ac condensation line. Maybe outside but I don't like putting them there up here in Yankee county.

@@briantantlinger7936 Positive air flow on an evap coil doesn't require a trap.
With all of the rust on that furnace, I would be looking at the heat exchanger.
most likely it's because there's no trap on the ac condensation line. Maybe out side but I don't like putting them outside here in Yankee country.

Age is number one concern.
Evaporator isn't positioned on furnace correctly, I had one do the same years ago.
I think she got water coming down the chimney
